Lost File: New York Fashion Week February 2016

Just as we came to an end with New York Fashion Week, I thought it would be appropriate to share these photos from my last trip to New York.

It was February 2016, I got the opportunity to attend NYFW thanks to my school and I can assure you it was an experience I will never forget. I took all the photos on my iphone that broke a month after I came back from my trip leaving me with no memories or proof of New York or the Fashion Show. I did, however, managed to share the opportunity on facebook and Instagram.

I recently re-downloaded phhhoto, an app that takes moving photos like boomerang but with more fun options such as filters and stickers. There I saw a few of the memories I got to capture from my lost trip to New York. I will share this lovely photos that make me homesick of a place that has only been my home by heart. ❤

Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear that you lost your photos!! Make sure you have the cloud turned on now for you to have backup online. I love this app. It looks way better than boomerang with the fun filters. And I feel JUST LIKE YOU. New York is my true home away from home. I feel like I’m supposed to live there! I cried the first time I had to come back from Manhattan after my first experience at New York Fashion Week. I’m so glad you got to go!

Mayra, this post is so cute! I love how the phhhoto app moves your photos and the filter you decided on brings out the reminiscent flare. It such a bummer that your phone broke. I’ve had a moment like that as well. I went to Washington D.C., came home and “thought” I uploaded all my photos from the sd card to my laptop, only to later find out that I only transferred a handful before deleted ALL off the sd card. #majorfail. I think that was my last heartbreak. Anywho, I’ glad you found these old photos, I can’t wait to finally work with you! 😀
