The 5th Annual VegFest Houston Vegan Community Festival of Texas took place at the luxurious and spacious Stafford Centre Convention Hall. This event was put together by the nonprofit organization, Vegan Society of PEACE.
VegFest Houston was created to promote a compassionate, ethical and sustainable world by introducing local vegan restaurants, brands, and shops. There was an “Ask a Vegan” panel as well as organizations such as Friends For Life, The Chicken Rescue, and A Well-Fed World.
I was amazed at a number of people that came to this wonderful event! I was overwhelmed with happiness to see how many people care about animals as well as the amount of delicious vegan food that was present. I want to give a quick shoutout to some of my favorite brands such as Lettuce Amor, Rabbit Food Grocery, and Capital City Bakery. Thank you for promoting veganism in such a rad way!
